“No repair was possible because the linear compressor part is now discontinued by LG due to this part being a constant problem. The compressor is a warranty part by LG for 10 years. The fridge freezer is 7 years old. LG are not prepared to fix it and now say I need to contact another company to make a report on it. At £79.99 a pop how many reports do they need. LG need to be in a court of law to answer to the way customers are treated.
Never in my life will I ever buy a LG product again !!!

“ The engineer came, carrying a roll of cable, he asked me ,what was the problem, he said, he was told that , the lead was at fault, I replied, that I thought he was coming to repair a mechanical fault , ie the gearbox, he said, he didn’t have the necessary fittings in his van. He couldn’t repair my vacuum at this time so rescheduled to come another time, my complaint is, someone at the office didn’t understand the request from me, causing this breakdown in communication ”
